Yes the $40, $50 will accommodate four tv's. If you choose 1 or 4 DVR's there is a 4.00 flat additional monthly charge. No charge for basic receiver. So far there are no channels strictly for MLB or NFL, you can tune in to games with local OTA Channels. Sports channels would only increase the flat monthly charge, which kind of defeats the purpose of this service.

Whatever programming tier you choose (plus optional premium channels) allows you to connect up to four receivers at no additional monthly fee. You will have the one-time cost for the additional hardware and installation tho. No dedicated MLB or NFL channels, but you will of course be able to watch any games that are broadcast on your local channels, and some of the others.
