“If you have four TV's and all hooked up can you record on one TV and watch on the others if you want? Or, can you only watch on DVR you recorded it on? Also, it states you can freeze picture, but, can you go back if you missed something?”

I believe you can only watch on the tv it is hooked up to. TVs are not hooked to same cable. They all have their own tuners. Unless you move DVR to other tv.
