Wouldn’t that be nice!!! Spoke to two people today. One at the 1800 number and the other at a local store. Told me since I was out of the 15 day return period (bought 01/18/21) nothing they could do, didn’t give me the time of day. Will NEVER shop here again. Saw people saying on Orby FB they refunded customers that purchased in the last couple months. Not Best Buy, they could care less!!! Receivers have been on sale the last month too, bet they knew all along and didn’t care!! Anything to take a money away from people!!!
