• You get the signal from a satellite dish. you can purchase that through Orby and they will charge you a fee for it and then someone comes to your house and installs it

• A dish is required. The technician usually puts it on the roof but we just had a new roof put on and we didn’t want it on the roof, so we paid extra for him to put on a pole.
