No it doesn’t, I’ve been with them for almost a year and the price has been the same.

As far as I can tell the Price stays the same every month. I Picked the $44.00 Package and I was told that it would never go up Plus If I wanted to I could suspend service and only get my local channels anytime I wanted. No Contract or set package minimums, cancel at anytime. But They Do Not grantee that you will get the local channels it all depends on your location that's why the antenna channels are FREE. The Orby TV doesn't use the Internet at all.
