“Why does anybody still sell the hardware when Orby is no longer accepting new accounts? Why do we still get charged every month although there is no service (dish aiming issue on our part, now fixed) and NO communication from bankrupt Orby?”

Update- Orby is back on as mysteriously as it went off... Which makes me very happy since the way they combine dish and local channels is ideal for Mom.
