• The Equipment belongs to you, but be warned if you cancel Orby TV service you can't use the DVR part and will only get antenna signal. Orby equipment can not be used with any other company But Orby TV.

• The customer is actually purchasing the receiver/DVR. No sending it back if you stop service. You can start service back. If you are not paying for DVR service you can not record from satellite.
