• Hi there - I don't believe the arms are adjustable as in height adjustability. But you can fold the arms up so they are out of the way.

• The arms can rotate up and down. That's it. They don't shift up and down if you get what I mean. They rotate from the connection point on the chair and have one sitting position that's down and one resting position that is up. I doubt anyone would ship the chair after it's been assembled.
