• I baked cookies- perfectly. I baked brownies-perfectly. I would think the cupcakes would work well. I wouldn't overfill the cupcakes though. The edges might get a bit crunchy.

• yes you can I have made cookies,brownies and a cake in it. I have made enchiladas alot of meat and biscuits. it is a very good oven
