• No pull out tray for spill and crumbs. So place foil down before use. It cooks well though.

• Not sure about a steak, but haven't had problems with fish, sweet potato fries... I usually line it with foil before cooking.

• The interior is an easy-clean surface. Once the toaster oven is completely cool, you can wipe the interior with a damp cloth, or use mild soap and water.
