“Would this blender work to make salad dressing - would it blend fresh parsley/cilantro?”

• While I'm sure this would work to make salad dressing, I wouldn't use the same one for dressings and drinks. May have residual flavors.

• The blades are not sharp enough for fine cutting so i think while it would evenly mix a dressing, you would need to pre-rip apart the herbs before placing in the blender so nothing gets stuck. Otherwise it should work ok.
