Q: QuestionI would like to know if this Blender (Oster Classic Series 8 Speed with Duralast, 700 Watts) is capable of pulverizing "hard" FROZEN FRUIT, such as strawberries? I'm inquiring "prior" to purchasing a 700 Watt one. Perhaps, I need something more POWERFUL?

Q: QuestionWe've only used blender about 10 times and all of a sudden it doesn't work. It's plugged into a working electrical outlet and glass jar is in correct position. What could be wrong?

• A:Answer Thank you for contacting Oster®! We are sorry to hear that your Oster - Classic Series 8 Speed Blender with Duralast™ All Metal Drive stopped working. A possible cause of blender not working could be jamming. For this you must first disassemble the drive and then turn the blade shaft. If it seems to be jammed, check what is the cause of jamming. In most cases it is debris in the blades of the blender that causes jamming. We hope this helps!
