• I have not attempted to cook a turkey; however, I have cooked turkey necks. I set the timer for 90 minutes which is the maximum allowed. Once the 90 minutes expired, I set again twice for 90 minutes. The turkey necks were very tender. I used the bake mode to cook the turkey necks.
