“Why is there a gap between the French doors? Will this not let heat out?”

The French Door ovens have a gap between the doors because this allows the doors to be easily opened and closed with one hand. It also helps with allowing some of the heat to escape as it does through the vents in an oven to prevent the oven from overheating. We hope this information is useful. Have a great day!
