Is it fast charging ? ie. 15W or 20W charging? null

From the Otterbox website: Output: Wireless: Phone: 5W Qi BPP, 7.5W Apple MagSafe, 15W Qi EPP This is somewhat confusing to me, since this suggests that it only charges 15W for non-Apple devices (I believe Samsung does use the Qi EPP standard) but the product is designed as an iPhone accessory.
