How do you open the case it’s brand new null

Just peel the rubber part away from the solid plastic piece. The phone clips into the plastic piece and then you pull the rubber outer shell around that.

We just simlply pried it apart. No issues with opening it...read the instructions as it is a 2 part case. You will need to follow the steps stated.
