QuestionDo I need to purchase screen guard with this item? or does it come with a screen protector? because the screen is the where the damage happens when it falls.

- Answer no additional purchase is needed, screen guard is included , however it is not the best, decided for yourself after purchase

QuestionIs there a warranty on the case? The bottom hard plastic between the charging port and the headphone port broke after about 9 months. The case is still functional but the flaps that cover those ports don't stay in place.

- Answer No it does not. Mine doesn't even have the adhesive on the edges. You're better off tossing the screen protector that comes with this case and buying a Zagg. I highly recommend this phone case, just not the screen protector included.

- Answer It's hard to get off...but that is kind of the point....its part of the protection...it doesn't just pop off like a lot of cheap cases if accidentally dropped
