Make sure your phone is clean and the purple putter silicone comes off the base plastic like box then the bottom of it has little tabs you can push up to unlock and slide phone into and close it around the phone till you hear a click then put the purple silicone cover over the whole box

The rubber part pulls right off and the bottom plastic part has little snaps in places that you pull apart. If you can't figure it out try YouTube. They usually cover a lot of products on how to do certain things. Good luck. JoniJosi

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To take the otter box cover off, take the "rubber" piece (the outer edge) and take it off the "plastic" piece. Once that piece is off, you will see clips on the sides, undo those to take the plastic piece apart. Hope this hekps
