- Answer Unfortunately you have to remove the clip when you talk on the phone, otherwise you will sound muffled when on the phone.

QuestionI recently bought this for my iphone 7. but the screen protector seems to give hard time. i am not able to click or scroll effortlessly. have to try at least 2 to 4 times to get it moving. anyone else facing this? thinking of returning else :(

- Answer You can try to lightly dust the inside of the screen protector with baby powder , look on youtube for instuctional video , hope this helps

- Answer I had a I-Phone 5 S with a defender case and I upgraded to the I-Phone 7 with a defender case. The new I-Phone 7 defender case is slimmer and less bulky!

- Answer Make sure your phone is clean and the purple putter silicone comes off the base plastic like box then the bottom of it has little tabs you can push up to unlock and slide phone into and close it around the phone till you hear a click then put the purple silicone cover over the whole box

- Answer I found the best price at Best Buy online, however you can go to any Best Buy Store and if they want to charge the store price versus the lower online price just tell them at the checkout and they will honor the lower online price! This case is the best protection you can buy for your phone!
