Q: Is the sound muffled to the caller or the person being called? The case I currently have makes everyone including myself sound like I'm under water.

A: Unfortunately you have to remove the clip when you talk on the phone, otherwise you will sound muffled when on the phone.

Q: I recently bought this for my iphone 7. but the screen protector seems to give hard time. i am not able to click or scroll effortlessly. have to try at least 2 to 4 times to get it moving. anyone else facing this? thinking of returning else :(

A: You can try to lightly dust the inside of the screen protector with baby powder , look on youtube for instuctional video , hope this helps
