A:AnswerWhy would OtterBox replace the device?
Isn't the device made to protect your phone?
I do think they should be the ones who replace a device because their product failed to protect your device.
A:AnswerMore than likely because the new design of the screens. The screens almost go to the edge and are curved so otterbox made a screen protector that is separate from the case and adheres to the phone.
A:AnswerNope Zagg paid them off so they wouldn't provide protection for the front of the phone so you have to buy a screen saver when you buy the phone now. Zagg has also gotten outrageous with their pricing even though all their products are crap!!!Avoid Zagg like they are the end of the world!
A:AnswerThe otterbox I bought did not come with a screen. This was noted in the description section. Best to buy a screen protector. AT&T and Best Buy did not have a screen protector for my phone so I went to Amazon and bought one from them.
A:Answerdepends on the wireless charger, my home on did not work, but it worked at the Starbucks, but mine is about 5 years old so I am sure the technology has changed, I am sure someone at Best buy could help you with that question.
A:AnswerMy husband has the Galaxy S8+ with the Otterbox Defender case and wireless charger. It is very, very inconsistent with the charging. Many times we laid the phone flat in the middle of the charger all night and wake up to a 60 -70% charge. Charging it on the elevated stand would not work at all. I heard others having the same problem when using a good protective case like Otterbox. I decided that protecting the phone was more important the then convenience of a wireless charger, so I returned it.
