Where do I send or take my otter box case if damaged? null

contact otter box on the web. they will ask for a few things and they will replace the damaged case

You will be working directly with Otterbox. Just contact them, follow their instructions and you'll be taken care of.

You have to go on otterbox website there's a like for warranty claims and follow the steps. Upload a photo of the damage piece and they'll send you another on.
