      We’re sorry to see that you’re having some trouble with wireless charging while using the OtterBox Defender. As long as you are using a Samsung branded wireless charging pad, you should have no trouble utilizing this great function. If you have a third party charging station, results will be unexpected because they may be using an alternative technology.
