Yes, there is a opening in the case covered by a flap. Lifting the flap gives access to the charging port.

Absolutely, there is a dust cover that covers the port that you pop open to connect the charging cable to charge your phone whenever needed. Just replace the dust cover when finished charging and your all set.

Yes, we have two phones (Galaxy 9 and a Galaxy 21+) with OtterBox cases and we use a wireless charger and a wired one with no problem.
