I'll tell you this, maybe it will help. I have my S21 Ultra in the Otter Box Defender and it charges fine on my wireless charging stand and was also able to charge my Galaxy Watch4 Classic through it. Hope this helps.

It should. The thicker the case, the more difficult it will be to charge so it will get hot and charge slowly.

I don't use NFC payments, but I read a review that stated that it did ( https://www.phonearena.com/news/galaxy-s21-mst-nfc-samsung-pay_id129541 ). The Galaxy 21 Ultra and + does use UWB ( https://www.androidcentral.com/what-uwb-galaxy-s21-series-and-which-models-support-it ).
