That is one of the things i appreciate about these cases is that they are not slick and slippery like so many other phone cases.

Hard rubber, the outer shell. With a hard plastic inner shell.

Yes it has silicone. It helps tremendously to prevent slipping.

Does have a lip around edges which is a little slip proof. Fits tight does not slide and I have never had a screen Crack at 62! No silicone.

It has a very grippy rubbery edge. It should not slip out of your hand with a normal grip.

Yes, it feels so safe in this case and it doesn't feel slippery when hand is all sweaty so I recommended this

It has hard plastic that is surrounded by the silicone/rubber. Very durable. I only use the defender pro series because I believe it will do the job of protecting my phone from the accidental mishaps.
