A:Answer I don’t have an answer, but we just picked one up yesterday. Same model, same iPhone 13 as yours, EXACT same problem! We finally gave up, figuring that if we have to force it on, we’ll NEVER get it off again! I learned that you have to watch out when searching because when you type in “iPhone 13,” Pro, Pro Max, and even Mini will pop up in the results as well. I started adding a period after the 13 in the search and it helped some, but not always, so beware or you’ll come home with wrong items! It’s exhausting. I did double check my purchase and it’s correct. Our shared problem is very real. Returning tomorrow, will look for another brand. :-(
