“This case will not fit on my new Apple 13. Planning to stop at the store and question the fit . What am I doing wrong? I’m applying more force than necessary.”

I don’t have an answer, but we just picked one up yesterday. Same model, same iPhone 13 as yours, EXACT same problem! We finally gave up, figuring that if we have to force it on, we’ll NEVER get it off again! I learned that you have to watch out when searching because when you type in “iPhone 13,” Pro, Pro Max, and even Mini will pop up in the results as well. I started adding a period after the 13 in the search and it helped some, but not always, so beware or you’ll come home with wrong items! It’s exhausting. I did double check my purchase and it’s correct. Our shared problem is very real. Returning tomorrow, will look for another brand. :-(

Graphic instructions on the back explain how to do it, but I also used a YouTube video to get a good look at it. After that it went on easily, and feels right!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Otter Box makes other cases that are not the Defender one I got that’s displayed. You must check to see you got the case for your iPhone 13 model. There’s the 13, 13 pro, and 13 pro max. The case has to say it fits the model iPhone you have because there are differences. The position of the camera is significant. Your BBB rep should be helpful; mine put my case and screen cover on my phone out of courteous Just ask them or aGreek member!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m pretty sure that I couldn’t have installed it myself on my iPhone 13, but the woman who was working there did it quite easily, so you might consider taking it in to see if they can install it for you. There was no extra charge
