• The case only provides a stand for the pad and yes it has a protective front cover.

• It doesn’t have an opening for the smart connector but you can connect any Bluetooth keyboard to your iPad while it’s in this case.

• I don’t think any attached keyboard will work with it it’s a snug fit around the iPad with a built in screen protector there is also a hard shell cover for the front which will cover the screen and doubles as a stand and also has a spot to hold the ipencil and I would recommend the ipencil rather then a stylus
