• Start by pulling the soft rubber from the hard plastic case. Then look for the plastic clips that hold the top plastic piece to the bottom plastic case. Carefully pull the clips up. Don’t pull too hard on you will break them off. Remove the top from the bottom hard case and insert iPad. Place the top back on the bottom once your iPad is installed. Press each plastic latch to make sure it is now latched. Install the soft rubber over the edge of the top plastic hard case. That’s it.

• Very simply pull it slightly over one corner followed by the other. Will flex enough to do it.

• You need to take the outer rubber off. Then carefully separate the the inner set . It usually helps to start at a corner and work carefully around until it comes apart.
