I have the s9 and otterbox pursuit and it charges wirelessly. For some reason those last night it stopped charging on my new 2018 Samsung wireless charger and I turned it to portrait orientation (from landscape) and it started charging. Not sure if this will be a persistent issue.

Yes, expose the port on the bottom of your device ... as you are looking at it, insert the end of the charging wire. Your screen will light up and the battery indicates your device battery is charging.
