“I have already purchased my symmetry case but I just noticed what looks like a hairline crack in the top left corner and one that’s not prominent in the bottom right corner. Is this built in or do I already have cracks in this case?”

I don’t see any cracks on mine. It may be defective or you may have already dropped it. I wouldn’t worry about it unless it’s super noticeable or growing. Otherwise I’m sure they will honor their warranty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like some sort of defect. I would call the manufacturer and complain. You probably will be sent a replacement. I really like this case but I have had an issue with one wearing out prematurely.
