A:AnswerHello. I was never able to find the Symmetry series at any BB store and ordered it from Otterbox. I'm guessing you don't want the Defender series because you have a keyboard. The Symmetry case will allow you to take the foldable flap cover off so you can attach the keyboard but it is a pain in the butt so I try to avoid it which seems like a waste since I like the keyboard. If you will be using your keyboard often then you might want to consider the Urban Armor Gear (UAG). My sister has that and it's sturdy and she does not have to take anything apart/off to use the keyboard. She really likes it. I chose the Otterbox hybrid case because it has a clear backing and my iPad is engraved with my contact info in case I misplace it. If yours is engraved too then you should know the UAG will cover the entire iPad.
A:AnswerI purchased this for my 2nd generation Ipad Pro 12.9 and had what sounds like the same issue. My problem was the screen cover would skew to the side due to the magnets. This cover is really made for the 1st generation Ipad Pro. The newer model has a flash under the camera lens. I called Otterbox and they shipped me a Symetry clear case for the newer Ipad Pro. The only issue was that the new Otterbox does not have a screen cover. Otterbox even waived the shipping fee since I had only purchased it a few days before I called them to report the issue. I ended up buying the leather Apple screen cover to go along with the new Otterbox case. The cover works perfectly with the Otterbox case. Hope this helps.
