Thank you for your inquiry. I believe HSA (Health Savings Account) is some type of government agency that will give a break on purchasing some items, however Ottlite does not think lamps apply to this program. May I suggest checking w/ the HSA agency to see if a lamp is an approved item. Ottlite lamps can be purchase either direct from Ottlite, or via Jo-Ann Fabrics, Michaels, Costco, Lowes, or Best Buy (just to name a few).
