• No - it is a direct space item - it illuminates a small area around its footprint however the direction is changeable so it could conceivably be directed “up” but I suspect it wouldn’t have much span

• My experience is it will NOT light up the entire room....it is definitely for more localized lighting.

Ottlite's Entice LED Desk lamp has the following kelvin temperature/lumens as folllows... 2700 Kelvin = 267 lumens 3500 Kelvin = 424 lumens 5000 Kelvin = 218 lumens The lamp is super bright however unable to advise if lamp would light up an entire room as it would depend on the size of the room.
