Q: QuestionHas anyone noticed if it would be recommended to take it off during weight lifting (or rowing?) but you could wear it during cardio like tread or bike, especially when it comes to scratching etc

• A:Answer I read one review - can't remember where now, maybe thewirecutter.com - that said it hurt the reviewer's hand to wear while lifting, but was recommended otherwise. Regarding scratch protection, there are a ton of silicon covers available from third parties.

• A:Answer I got the protection because it covers everything except fire and theft I believe. Yeah the coverage was expensive but the ring itself was way way more. If the battery quits on me for whatever reason I would want a replacement

• A:Answer Not sure about sizing at Best Buy, I ordered a sizer and it came In 2 days. It was nice to be able to wear the sizer around for a couple days to ensure correct size. The oura website says HSA/FSA eligible

• A:Answer Gen 3 & 4 ring sizes are not the same. This might be because Gen 4 is smooth on the inside. You need to order a new size kit for Gen 4, or find your size in the store.
