A:Answer I wouldn't! You're mini-USP connections would not be waterproof, and Arlo has made the custom 90 degree connector to plug into the camera without interfering with the camera mount. Why don't you just extend the length with an extension cord like I did. I had to access an AC outlet on the other side of my garage with a 50' outdoor extension cord, and plugged it in just inside the garage penetration near the camera.
