- Answer This interface will unlock factory navigation and allow the addition of cameras to the factory screen. We do not have an interface to add navigation to the screen.

QuestionWould this work with a 2013 Dodge Journey 4.3in screen for a aftermarket backup camera installed to a factory screen? I did already have the sales code put in at a dealership, I was told their is no guarantee it will work.

- Answer This part is not compatible with the 2013 Dodge Journey. At this time we do not have a solution for adding a camera to your factory screen.

QuestionI have a 43ON radio from a 2017 Town Country grand caravan the car does not have a factory reverse camera and I want to put one on it. I need this device or only the AV harness (Model:HRN-AV-CH) will work to put the new camera. Thanks for the help.

- Answer You will need an Unlock interface but not this model. It would be the BCI-CH21 which covers the 2010-2018 Grand Caravan.
