“Will this work for a 2010 lincoln mks with the THX sound system in it? Will it retain full function of the sound the current one I have can not fade sound to the rear speakers. Also will it retain all the steering wheel controls?”

This will work on a 2010 Lincoln MKS and retain the factory steering wheel mounted audio controls and THX system. Unfortunately, you will not have fade capability with this interface either. Only the factory radio has that capability.
