This radio replacement interface will retain the factory steering wheel controls and provide a reverse trigger to the new aftermarket radio for automatically switching to the backup camera screen. You would need to hardwire the camera signal connection or add an aftermarket reverse camera though, as the video signal wiring is not part of this harness/interface.
