“Answer if you've had this microwave more than a year, please. If you've had this microwave more than a year, I'd like to know how long, and if it still works well. Most of the 1- and 2-star reviews complain that it died after a few months. The 4- and 5-star reviews all seem to be happiness immediately after purchase. Not everyone will go back and do a review months or years later, when the problems begin. Thank you. (My last microwave, a Panasonic, lasted me 20 years.)”

We had a number of Panasonics over the years and they were horrible. At least three of them were a problem out of the box and the other 3 or 4 died within a year. The immediate problems were 2 latch problems and one took about twice as long as it should to heat things up. They were in our breakroom at work and we had the extended warranty. When one would break we kept returning it and getting another Panasonic. It was borderline ridiculous.
