• You can add new apps and I was surprised to find Amazon Prime Video already there even though it is not advertised as so. HOWEVER it is not working!!!!! Apparently Panasonic and Amazon have not worked together to provide the newest app so you get an upgrade and then it says that it will be fixed in the future. Luckily as I was not expecting it to be on anyway I had bought a Sony Blu-ray player that has a working app on it and it works great with the TV. Still very happy with my purchase. Great TV.

• Prime Instant Video was already installed. Contrary to other reviews, Amazon Instant Video works flawlessly for me.

• Yes there's a search feature where you can add apps.
