Can I take a tape and transfer/record onto cd? null

Yes, you definitely can do that; though, you’d need other device(s) bc a.) this player does not record anything and b.) there isn’t an audio input port on this player. You’d need a dvd/cd recording machine that has an audio input port; so that you can send audio from your tape player into that machine.
