- Answer By multi-disc, are you asking whether the unit has the capability of handling more than one disc at a time. Thus it would be referred to as a changer. This unit only has single disc functions.

QuestionDoes this have the same processor as the UB420? Aside from the price, why should I choose the UB150 over the UB420?

- Answer UB150 is a disc player only - plays all formats with same processor and quality from CD to DVD to Blu Ray HD to UHD 4K. and 3D in 1080P HD. It also supports Dolby Atnmos and other premium sound. but all it does is play your discs. UB420 is a UB150 plus wifi and streaming apps Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube to support 4K streaming from those apps. You cannot add any other apps - just those apps come with the UB420. So the differnce is UB420 will conect to your wifi and let you stream the included apps. If you already have these apps on your TV or some other device like Apple TV or PS4 of XBox Roku etc UB420 is not needed.

- Answer Yes. HDMI to either the receiver or tv will work. Dvds play fine as do audio cds. But cds to the tv wouldn't really apply to what you are asking.

- Answer Thank you for reaching out! The unit is able to play 4k Blu-Ray discs if the TV connected to the player supports 4k video as well. To enjoy images in 4k60p, you need a HDMI cable that supports 18Gbps. Lastly, if you would like to view Ultra HD Blu-Ray content in 4k/HDR, connect to the HDMI terminal of a device that supports HDCP 2.2, 4k/60p (4:4:4), and HDR signals that meet Ultra HD Blu-Ray standards.

- Answer According to the manual, which is downloadable from Panasonic, this unit supports Dolby Atmos but not Dolby Vision. The UB450 model supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+. There is no mention of HDR+ in the manual.

- Answer It should work through your TV Speakers...But to get a better sound..Go out and get a Sound bar...doesn't have to be an expensive one...even a cheap one (like the one I have)...makes it sound Great!
