• UB150 is a disc player only - plays all formats with same processor and quality from CD to DVD to Blu Ray HD to UHD 4K. and 3D in 1080P HD. It also supports Dolby Atnmos and other premium sound. but all it does is play your discs. UB420 is a UB150 plus wifi and streaming apps Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube to support 4K streaming from those apps. You cannot add any other apps - just those apps come with the UB420. So the differnce is UB420 will conect to your wifi and let you stream the included apps. If you already have these apps on your TV or some other device like Apple TV or PS4 of XBox Roku etc UB420 is not needed.

• Hello. The DP-UB420 has WI-FI and streaming capabilities (Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube) unlike the DP-UB150, otherwise, the units are similar. If you are not interested in the mentioned features, you can go with DP-UB150. -G
