• It did not come with any special cable but works great with my good quality HDMI cable. I don't believe you need a special one, just a decent quality one.

• Yes I will need to get a hdmi cable that's 4k and it has to be 18 gpbs. With that Cable it can push all the info into the tv it will maximize your viewing.
