“I bought this camcorder and there is a power jack titled 'DC IN 5.0' on the side, but there is no cord to fit into this jack. is this an optional item that needs to be bought ? how do we charge it while copying data to the pc?”

• Mine came with a cable that plugs into that power plug. I use that to charge now over usb.
