• Yes 2 rings is an option. It should work with your wireless service, but it would be best to ask them about their services. The phone itself is sufficient. I have it connected to Comcast.

• 1. Yes you can select 2 to 7 rings. The default is 4 rings. 2. I didn't see where it says you need a specific service. I have Comcast and have no problem. I wouldn't really know about wireless service.
