“I can't hear the dial tone. How do you increase the volume to hear the caller?”

• One option to try, on my handset there's a speaker phone button on the bottom left side. Push that and you'll hear the dial tone (hopefully), then using the big button under the screen, push top or bottom of the button to control the phones volume.

• To increase volume during calls, you need to press the arrow up on the handset several times (while in a call).
