• It just needs plugged in to a receptacle. No phone jack required.

• The cordless handsets don't need the landline cable, only the base unit. The handsets come with charger that needs to be plugged into the power outlet. #C

• All you have to do is plug it in to a electrical outlet, no phone line

• The extension phone does not require a phone line connection only needs to be powered by an A/C power outlet (115v).
